Miami Marlins Issue 'Wanted' Poster for Dog Who 'Didn't Get the Hot Dog'

When one disappointed dog left a Miami Marlins game without the hot dog he'd been eyeing, the internet immediately rallied behind him.

During the team's Bark at the Park event on Monday, June 22, one couple shared a hot dog with their pup while another dog, sitting just one row behind them, watched the whole thing unfold.

Judging by the look on his face, he was experiencing some serious FOMO.

MLB summed it up perfectly, calling his expression the pure embodiment of disappointment and jealousy.

When the Marlins caught wind of the viral moment, they decided to make things right.

The team issued a hilarious "Wanted" poster to track down the heartbroken pup, promising him a reward of a lifetime.

Fans were totally invested and quickly joined the search, determined to help reunite baseball's saddest dog with the hot dog he deserved.

Of course, viewers had some funny things to say.

Just a few days later, on June 25, Miami New Times reported that the mystery pup had been identified.

"His name is Jonah.

And he is indeed a good boy." Johan's dad also joined the fun, replying with a photo and writing, Found him! Name: Jonah.

Hobbies: Catching fly balls, chasing squirrels, eating ice cream.

Would love to come back for a dream day @loanDepotpark! We're not sure what Jonah's dream day at the ballpark will include, but one thing seems certain: this time, he won't be leaving without a hot dog.
