Notre Dame is trying to flip a FSU commitment, will be on campus today

In recruiting, its hard to say that a prospect is really committed until they sign, which looks like the case with Florida State verbal Karon Maycock and Notre Dame.
The 6-foot, 1-inch and 200-pound safety committed to the Seminoles just about a month ago, but is now having second thoughts about his decision.
On Monday night, the nations No.
450 linebacker according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings announced that he will be taking an unofficial visit to South Bend today after getting an offer late last week.
Maycock does have more than a few other official visits sets, but at the current moment does not have one to see Notre Dame.
If one is scheduled in the coming weeks, then the Irish are squarely in the mix to flip the safety.
However, if an official isnt set up, dont expect Maycock to end up as part of the Irish 2026 recruiting class.
