How to watch SLU Billkens basketball vs. Wichita State: TV, live stream, game time
St.
Louis U.
heads across the state for a late-night Friday matchup with Wichita State, a team that has dominated the Billikens of late.
The two teams square off in the nightcap of the Hall of Fame Classic, with Iowa and Utah State meeting in the opener.
SLU (2-1) is coming off a 77-71 win Saturday night vs.
Loyola Marymount.
The Shockers are 3-0 and have a Monday home game with Monmouth to play before Friday night's game.
They have a road win, a rarity at this point in the college basketball season, having won at Western Kentucky to open the year.
Entering Monday's Monmouth game, Georgia transfer Justin Hill leads Wichita State in scoring at 19.7 while Corey Washington and Xavier Bell also average double figures.
Wichita State has won six straight in the series including an 88-69 blowout last November on a neutral court in South Carolina.
The last four games have all been won by Wichita State by 15 or more points.
This is the first year that the Hall of Fame Classic is a one-day event.
Since its 2001 inception, it had been a two-day event.
SLU participated in it in 2012, beating Texas A&M then falling to Kansas.
