Numbers game 34 area high school volleyball teams who have reached the IHSA state tournament since it first started in 1974.

This years teams from Mahomet-Seymour and Cissna Park will bring home a state trophy this weekend in Normal.

M-S plays DePaul College Prep at 4 p.m.

Friday in a Class 3A state semifinal match, while Cissna Park plays Calhoun at 10:30 a.m.

in a Class 1A state semifinal match.

Penn State (23-2, 13-1) is ranked fourth in the country for a reason.

Nashville at Unity football.

The last home game of the season at Hicks Field in Tolono for Unity (8-3) is against the Hornets (10-1) at 2 p.m.
