'Not Impactful at All' – San Antonio Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama Gets Dissed by 1 Anonymous NBA Scout

San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama received criticism from an anonymous scout for his shortcomings on the offensive end this season.
Hes absolutely awesome on defense, and not impactful at all on offense, the NBA scout said via Tim Bontemps of ESPN.
He just looks like hes playing without a whole lot of direction.
Theres a reason hes shooting so many, another scout told ESPN, but it still feels like hes giving the opposition a break every time he does it right now.
The Frenchman is averaging 17.7 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.6 steals, and 3.7 blocks per game , but he is shooting only 41.3 percent from the field and a woeful 22.6 percent from three-point range.
After a spectacular rookie campaign , many expected Wembanyama to take a huge leap this season, especially with Chris Paul as his teammate.
However, it hasnt happened so far.
San Antonio Spurs fans slam Victor Wembanyama s performance against the Portland Trail Blazers Victor Wembanyamas shooting struggles continued in the San Antonio Spurs 118-105 win over the Portland Trail Blazers since he went 4-for-13 from the field en route to 12 points, and his fans were quick to point it out.
Stop encouraging this nonsense.
Victor Wembanyama is shooting 21.5% from 3 on seven attempts this season.

Did not expect to see this level of regression from Victor Wembanyama.
Hes 74 and constantly settles for contested threes, being so passive as an offensive threat.
All the tools to dominate, as shown last season.
Way off it so far, posted another fan.
Wemby is genuinely so bad at shooting now, the shooting coach needs to be fired for ruining his shot, another fan added.
Wembanyama will aim to shoot better when the San Antonio Spurs host the Utah Jazz, who have the leagues 27th-best defense, tomorrow.
