Charania said it's a nagging injury that he's been dealing with since the end of last season, even playing with it in the Olympics for Team USA.
"[The Lakers] are confident there's nothing structurally wrong there, but something that he's going to have to manage pain tolerance wise," Charania said ahead of Friday's game .

Through seven games, he's averaging a league-leading 32.6 points per game to go along with 11.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.7 blocks while shooting 57.1 percent from the field.
The Lakers struggled without Davis against the Grizzlies, losing 131-114 to fall to 4-4 on the season.
