Former teammates Draymond Green and Jordan Poole reunited on Monday night during the game between the Golden State Warriors and the Washington Wizards at the Capitol One Arena.

There were apparently some tense moments between the two, hinted at by a leaked audio that surfaced.

X user LegendZ, known for transcribing player interactions in-game, uploaded a video of the tense exchange between Green and Poole, where the Wizards guard pointed at his former Warriors teammate as if to taunt him after he hit a three-point shot.

Green returned the favor by pointing at Poole after Steph Curry sank a three.

The former Warrior also talked smack to his ex-teammate at the free throw line.

There was even a moment where Wizards point guard Bub Carrington had to separate Poole from Green.

Green could be heard saying, Look at this fool right here...

hes been talking all night, thats what it is.

Green and Poole had an infamous clash during the Warriors training camp ahead of the 2022-23 NBA season, when Green punched Poole in the face.

The incident that was caught on tape and leaked online led to Greens suspension and Pooles trade to the Wizards in the summer of 2023.

Draymond Green praised Jordan Poole after the game Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors defeated Jordan Poole and the Washington Wizards on Monday, 125-112.

Poole finished with 24 points and three assists in a losing effort, while Green tallied 18 points, eight rebounds, and five assists.

While Green and Poole shared some tense moments during the game, the Warriors forward had nothing but praise for his former teammate when the dust settled.

Green acknowledged Pooles trouble adjusting with the Wizards in his first year there, and was impressed by his composure at the start of this season.

You know, you come to a new situationIve never done it, but Ive watched a lot of itbut as a competitor, you just want to show everything that you can do.

You want to show that youre the guy, Green said of Poole.

I think last year he was pressing a lot.

He just wanted it to happen so bad, and this year hes a lot more settled in.
