Latest Chargers News Offers Ominous Update on Joey Bosa Injury Status

The Los Angeles Chargers are eagerly awaiting the return of their star pass rusher Joey Bosa .
Bosa has been a fixture on the injury report all season and missed the last three games due to two different injuries.
In Week 1 Bosa sprained a muscle in his lower back and shortly after recovering from that suffered a hip bruise.
Bosa has been limited in practice this week, which is an improvement from previous weeks labeled a Did Not Practice for most of the four weeks.
According to the Chargers injury update, he is officially questionable and he expects to play, but new reporting from the Athletics Daniel Popper paints a murky picture for how much he will be able to play in Sundays game against the New Orleans Saints.
Chargers OLB Bosa Dealing With Worst Pain In Life According to Mr.
Poppers post on X.com [Bosa] said hes dealing with a glute strain that ended up affecting his sciatic nerve.
Called it some of the worst pain hes dealt with in his life.
Bosa, whos been out since Week 3, said he expects to be on a snap count.
From the authors personal experience, the pain caused by sciatica is both debilitating and unpredictable.
While the Chargers defense has been great this season, one area is lagging and it is from Bosas specialty; the pass rush.
They have the second-worst pressure percentage at 14.4 percent, behind only the Carolina Panthers.
They have just 30 pressures and only 13 sacks.
The teams at the top of the heap in those categories have more than double that.
Bosa is no stranger to the trainers room.
He has missed 23 games over the last three seasons.
The Chargers are set to take on the Saints at 1:05 PST on Sunday, October 27th at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood California.
