Report: Former Auburn star Derrick Brown suffers potentially season-ending injury in Carolina's Week 1 loss

A former Auburn football great could be sidelined for much of the NFL season, as ESPN and NFL Network reported Monday that Carolina Panthers defensive tackle Derrick Brown will need surgery after a meniscus injury he suffered in the Panthers' 47-10 loss to New Orleans over the weekend.
