Alabama's defense to incur a loss they can't afford following latest injury update

It's been anything but smooth sailing for the Alabama Crimson Tide's defense this season.
Saturday in Knoxville saw the team get back to their turnover-heavy ways, but it wasn't enough.
And as they head into a game where turnovers will come at a premium, they will be doing so without one of their best in the backend, safety Keon Sabb : Keon Sabb to miss Missouri game, potentially longer "Kind of moving on to a couple of other things, just with injuries.
Ill give you an update.
With Keon, Keon Sabb he does have a lower extremity injury," Coach DeBoer said on Monday.
"Were still gathering information here, but we do expect him to be down for a while.
That could be an extended amount of time and well just continue to evaluate that.
Theres a lot of, I think one position group in particular, just kind of put them all together.
The all the other DBs, I think, well just look to see how they progress throughout the week.
A lot of similarities between just the level of injuries that they all have.
Right now, Id be expecting them all to be able to play on Saturday.
So, well be ready to go." Sabb has been one of the best playmakers on the Tide's defense, recording four pass breakups and two interceptions to go with 39 tackles through this portion of the season.
His absence will be felt, the question is how long exactly before he is present again.
A big matchup with the LSU Tigers is on the horizon, and Alabama will need everyone at their disposal.
