H.S. Wrestling: Toczylousky hired as Southern's new head coach

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP Southern Columbia unanimously approved the hiring of Steve Toczylousky as the Tigers new varsity head wrestling coach at Monday nights board meeting.
Toczylousky, a 2016 Southern graduate, amassed 110 wins as a wrestler for the Tigers before playing wide receiver on Lycoming Colleges football team.
Hell be paid an annual stipend of $4,500 for the new job..
