Lee Corso missing from College GameDay again ahead of marquee clash as ESPN host issues health update after fan fears

LEE Corso missed another College GameDay show amid fears from fans over the popular star's health.

Corso, 89, was absent as the ESPN team headed to Eugene, Oregon for a marquee show.

College GameDay was on campus ahead of a clash between the No.

3 Oregon Ducks and No.

2 Ohio State Buckeyes.

Host Rece Davis introduced the show on Saturday - which began at 6am local time under darkness.

And Corso was once again absent from the set just like last week in Berkeley, California.

Davis was joined by Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban and Kirk Herbstreit.

College GameDay will be in Austin, Texas next weekend ahead of a clash between the Texas Longhorns and Georgia Bulldogs.

It's not yet known if Corso will be part of the show.

Pat McAfee enjoyed a hugely successful stint before switching to a career in the media.

The talk show star played punter in the NFL for eight seasons from 2009 to 2016.

He was a seventh round NFL Draft pick in 2009 out of West Virginia and spent his entire career with the Indianapolis Colts.

The ex-punter was named to the Pro Bowl in 2014 and 2016, and he was a first team All-Pro in 2014, as well.

McAfee owns the unique NFL record of the highest career net average punting yards with 41.4 yards while his longest ever punt was 74.

He also missed the Week 0 show live from Dublin, Ireland in August.
