Hell have an MRI to confirm the severity.
A tough reality for a key depth piece for Pittsburgh.

Hes played in both guard spots over his NFL career and even saw time at center for Pittsburgh over the preseason.
If Scharpings injury is confirmed as significant, itll likely mean the Steelers put him on injured reserve and search for a replacement.
Pittsburgh currently has two offensive linemen on its practice squad: guard Steven Jones and tackle Dylan Cook.
