Judge Kenneth Bell says there's no need for an injunction because NASCAR has agreed not to sell the disputed charters until the legal battle ends.

The trial is set for December 1.

The teams argue that without charter rights, they risk losing drivers and sponsors.

NASCAR maintains that the teams are not in danger of irreparable harm.
