Former Notre Dame wide receiver Kris Mitchell will workout for the Seattle Seahawks

While former Notre Dame wide receiver Kris Mitchell didnt get drafted into the NFL, he did have a rookie mini-camp invite with the Las Vegas Raiders, but unfortunately hes still trying to find a team that he can fit in with.An opportunity arose on Tuesday, as the Seattle Seahawks will bring him in for a workout according to a report by Howard Balzer.
While his numbers dropped off significantly after transferring in from Florida International, he still made a few plays during the 2024 season.While he didnt play much during the College Football Playoff, Mitchell still contributed with a few catches.
Hed score twice during the regular season, once each against Stanford and Navy.
During his 54-game collegiate career, Mitchell caught 122 receptions for 1,887-yards and 14 touchdowns.The Seahawks will bring in two other receivers, so Mitchell will have to be better than both of them in hopes of continuing to achieve the ultimate goal of playing in the NFL and potentially play with a former teammate in Rylie Mills, who was picked in the draft by Seattle.Former Notre Dame WR Kris Mitchell gets a workout with Seattle.
