Auburn fan Curtis Sides celebrated attending his 500th Auburn football game last Saturday when the Tigers took on Georgia.

Curtis Sides and his wife Teresa met when he was a football player at Lanett High School and she was a cheerleader at Valley High School, and theyve been going to Auburn games ever since.

Sides reached the 500 mark in what may well be his final season attending games in person.

His passion for Auburn football has persisted even as his dementia has progressed in recent years.

Sides on Saturday celebrated the occasion with a signed football gifted from Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze.
