Twitter reacts to Patriots' dominant 30-point win over Commanders

The New England Patriots defeated the Washington Commanders by a 48-18 score in the preseason opener on Friday night.
It was a dominant performance from the beginning with Patriots rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson returning a kick for a 100-yard touchdown on the first play of the game.
Granted, the Commanders rested most of their starters, but the Patriots looked like the more physical football team on the field. The offensive line dominated in the trenches and helped spring the ground attack for 153 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
On the defensive side of the ball, the Patriots forced two turnovers and held the Commanders' offense in check for most of the game.
Despite it only being an exhibition game, it was a solid win for the Patriots in their efforts to get the franchise back on track.
Fans were buzzing with excitement on social media.
