Sharks trade Thomas Bordeleau to New Jersey Devils for forward

The San Jose Sharks on Wednesday traded forward Thomas Bordeleau to the New Jersey Devils for forward Shane Bowers.Bowers, 25, had 17 points in 65 games with the AHLs Utica Comets last season, and appeared in four games with the Devils.Bowers has played 13 career NHL games, 12 with the Devils.Were excited to add a former first-round pick in Shane to our organization, Sharks general manager Mike Grier said in a statement.
