Broncos Wire's 90-man offseason roster series continues today with a look at rookie cornerback Joshua Pickett, No.

39 on defense.Note: During the offseason, offensive and defensive players can share a number.

Pickett is currently sharing No.

39 with wide receiver Kyrese White.

If they both make the 53-man roster, one of them will have to change their number.Before the Broncos: Pickett (6-1, 180 pounds) was a four-year player at Duke University from 2021-24.

In 50 games played, Pickett recorded 101 tackles (66 solo, 35 assisted), five tackles for loss, one sack, two interceptions, 16 pass deflections and one forced fumble.

Pickett had his best season in 2024, where he had 38 combined tackles (26 solo, 12 assisted), four tackles for loss, one interception, one forced fumble and seven pass deflections.Broncos tenure: Pickett signed with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent after the 2025 NFL draft.

He will make his NFL debut during preseason this summer.Chances to make the 53-man roster: Long shot.

There are other UDFAs on the 90-man roster who seem to have better odds to end up on the 53-man roster, such as linebacker Karine Reid.
