Warrick Dunn hangs out with Chase Elliott, praises NASCAR ahead of Atlanta race

Warrick Dunn hung out with Chase Elliott before the NASCAR Cup Series Quaker State 400 took place at EchoPark Speedway in Atlanta.
The former Florida State and NFL running back was also there with former Auburn and NFL linebacker Takeo Spikes.
EchoPark Speedways X/Twitter account shared a video of Dunn expressing his love for NASCAR.
Im really excited about the race, Warrick Dunn said.
Im ready for them to go zoom, zoom, zoom.
Its speed, its all about speed going around the track.
Big names in the ATL.
pic.twitter.com/nVDYtmMWp8 It should be a really amazing time.
Its good to be back here.
This is not my first time.
Ive been here a couple of years, so I love the experience.
NASCAR, you guys continue to accelerate.
Stay safe and please, watch and enjoy.
Dunn made sure he met up with Chase Elliott, who is one of the few drivers in NASCAR from Georgia.
The 50-year-old was a member of the Atlanta Falcons from 2002 to 2007 and was selected to the Pro Bowl twice during that span.
In 2004, Dunn was named the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year for his work in the community.
More on Warrick Dunn and his ties to Atlanta Along with spending time with the Falcons, Dunn played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1997 to 2001 and 2008.
After his playing career was over, he became a minority owner of the Falcons.
Most people dont know this, but Ive been a partner since 2009, Im just low-key with it, Dunn told On3 last year.
Its been a great journey over the years, just an opportunity to, one, stay connected to the game, as close as Ive been connected to it, of just being able to see the ups and downs of a football team franchise.
Just in playing the game, I knew all of that, but now Im looking from a business side perspective, all of the things that go into building the team, things that happen on game day outside the stadium, also inside the stadium, all those things.
Just really learning the business side of the game has given me a really good outlook on opportunities and those things.
