WVFCA announces schedule, roster for 2025 All-Star game

The Wabash Valley Football Coaches Association's 21st annual All-Star Game is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Saturday, June 28 at Rose-Hulman's Cook Stadium.This year, the two squads will be led by South Putnam coach Chuck Sorrell for the Gold Division, and by Terre Haute South coach Greg Barrett previously at South Vermillion for the Black Division.The game will include 86 players representing 36 area high schools.A banquet is scheduled for 6 p.m.

Friday, June 27 in the Terre Haute Convention Center to recognize the athletes and also induct two new members into the WVFCA Hall of Fame.

The keynote speaker this year will be Franklin College coach Mike Leonard.

The banquet will be held at the Terre Haute Convention Center.Anyone interested in attending the banquet can contact WVFCA game director Tom Jones by email at [email protected]; tickets for the banquet are $35 per person.

The All-Star game is sponsored by First Financial Bank, the Terre Haute Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Pacesetter Sports..
