When Notre Dame linebacker Drayk Bowen signed a Name, Image, and Likeness deal with the Chicago White Sox, part of the deal was that hed get a chance to throw out the first pitch at a game.Well, that happened this weekend, as the former two-sport Irish star threw a perfect strike on Saturday afternoon.

Although Bowen has decided to focus only on football, he did play his freshman and sophomore years for the baseball team, although he didnt get much playing time.He did help the Irish scratch out a win against Rice in 2024, scoring the go-ahead run as a pinch runner, but that was the biggest impact hed make.

Its safe to say that he made the right decision to focus solely on football, as hes viewed as one of the players that comprises a unit that is viewed very highly by many.Either way, enjoy Bowen throwing out the first pitch for the White Sox.
