There have been a few misses for Notre Dame football in the 2026 recruiting cycle, and another one happened on Thursday.Mason James, a 5-foot, 11-inch and 175-pound wide receiver who Notre Dame offered in February, decided that the Washington Huskies is who he will start his collegiate career with.
While the Irish did offer him, it didnt seem to move the needle much, as he never set an official visit to see South Bend.The Huskies are getting one of the nations best receiver prospects, as the 247Sports Composite Rankings has James as the No.
