Former IronPigs and Phillies: Where are they now?

Ben Lively revived his career again the last two seasons with Cleveland, combining for a 15-12 record, 3.68 ERA and 1.23 WHIP in 38 starts.
But the former Lehigh Valley IronPig and Philadelphia Phillie recently suffered a major setback.
He had Tommy John surgery last week and will be out up to 18 months.
Lively, 33, pitched parts of 2017-18 seasons with the Phillies and 2016-18 with the IronPigs after coming to the organization from the Reds in the Marlon Byrd trade.
Here is a look at how other former Phillies/IronPigs are doing in 2025 (in alphabetical order): C Jorge Alfaro : Hitting .216 with 11 homers and 35 RBIs in 50 games with Nashville, Triple-A affiliate of the Brewers.
Spent parts of 2016-18 with the Phillies and 2017 with the IronPigs.
LHP Kolby Allard : 2-0 with 1.88 ERA in 10 games with Cleveland, including one start.
Split time in 2024 with IronPigs and Phillies.
UTL Cody Asche : After spending parts of four seasons with the IronPigs and Phillies and retiring in 2019, he is the Orioles hitting coach.
RHP Andrew Bailey : He is the Red Sox pitching coach after retiring in 2017.
He spent parts of 2016 with the IronPigs and Phillies C Rob Brantley : Had three hits in seven at-bats with the Marlins before going on the 60-day injured list on April 21 with a right lat strain.
The 35-year-old hit .314 in 2019 with the IronPigs, his only season in the organization.
RHP Connor Brogdon : 4.35 ERA in last 10 games with the Angels.
Has not allowed an earned run in his last seven appearances.
Spent parts of five seasons with the Phillies and four with the IronPigs.
RHP David Buchanan : Released by the Rangers on April 28, after going 0-1 with a 5.28 ERA in six starts for Triple-A Round Rock.
Had two stints with the IronPigs, including 2024, after spending seven years in Asia.
RHP Carlos Carrasco : 2-2 with a 5.91 ERA in eight games, six starts, before being designated for assignment by the Yankees.
He cleared waivers and has pitched twice since for the RailRiders.

UTL Kody Clemens : Batting .267 with five homers and five doubles in 29 games with the Twins after being traded April 26 by the Phillies.

RHP Dylan Covey : 1-1 with a 0.00 ERA and one save in six appearances with Gwinnett.
He is on the injured list.
Was with the Phillies in 2023 and split time between the parent club and the minors in 2024.

The Phillies 2013 first-round pick spent three seasons with the IronPigs and two with Philly.
RHP Hans Crouse : Released by the Angels on April 6, after making two appearances, one save, for Triple-A Salt Lake City.
He spent parts of 2022-23 with the IronPigs and made two starts in 22 for the Phillies.
RHP Jose Cuas : Has a 33.75 ERA in two games with Double-A Columbus in the Braves system after the Phillies released him in May.
He had a 13.50 ERA in seven games with the IronPigs before his release.
RHP John Curtiss : 1-1 with one save and a 6.17 ERA in 18 games with Triple-A Reno in the Diamondbacks system.
This is his seventh team since appearing in nine games with the IronPigs in 2019.

RHP Michael Kelly : Pitched a scoreless 1 1/3 innings in relief in his 2025 debut June 5 for the Athletics.
