Mike Tomlin suffers major blow with Pittsburgh Steelers star and Aaron Rodgers target officially out for 2025 season

THE Pittsburgh Steelers have been dealt an injury blow just days into OTAs.Tight end Donald Parham has been ruled out for the entire 2025 NFL season.

He penned a one-year deal and was hoping to get his career back on track.The former Chargers star had been expecting to catch passes from new Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.But he tore his Achilles during a training session on June 3.Parhams injury requires surgery and will keep him out until next summer.He was moved to the injured/reserved list on Friday.The Steelers are now left with Pat Freiermuth, Darnell Washington, and J.J.

Galbreath on the TE depth chart.

Pittsburgh have been eyeing a trade for Miami Dolphins tight end Jonnu Smith.But Smiths agent Drew Rosenhaus has indicated Smith would prefer to stay in the Sunshine State.

Jonnu would definitely like to stay in Miami.

Thats his first choice, Rosenhaus told The Miami Herald.

This is where he lives in the offseason.

He had a record-breaking season last year.

It was the best season ever for a Miami Dolphin tight end.Parham, 27, played college football for the Stetson Hatters.He was signed by the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent in 2019.
