Twins Outfielder Walker Jenkins Returns To Action

Walker Jenkins played only two games with Double-A Wichita in early April before hitting the injured list with a recurring nagging ankle injury.
The Twins outfielder now appears to be ramping up for a return.
He went 0-for-1 with two walks and played center fieldand was also caught stealingon Tuesday in his first rehab game in the Florida Complex League.
Jenkins is one of baseballs top prospects, but he has played in just 111 games since the Twins drafted him fifth overall out of high school in 2023.
