He had a 3.65 ERA and a 1.216 WHIP over 12.1 innings pitched, allowing 3 home runs.Although Urena started the year with the Mets, most Amazin's fans probably remember him best with the Miami Marlins.Urena made his MLB debut in 2015, starting 9 games for the Marlins (20 appearances total).
He went 1-5 with an ERA of 5.25.Despite that rocky start, Urena carved out a fairly long career in Miami, starting 98 games over six MLB seasons.
He finished with 32 wins and a cumulative 4.60 ERA.After his time with the NL East rival Marlins, Urena bounced around the league a bit, making major league appearances with the Detroit Tigers, Milwaukee Brewers, Colorado Rockies, Chicago White Sox and Texas Rangers.His best season was a 14-win campaign in Miami, although Urena's time with the Rangers wasn't bad either.
Over 33 appearances for Texas, Urena recorded a 5-8 record and a 3.80 ERA.It remains to be seen if Urena will elect free agency once again, as he did when the Mets DFA'd him in April.
