Week 4 DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Picks, Lineup Tips for Sunday

The NFL season continues rolling along, and another Sunday of action is upon us.
This week's slate brings 13 games, with eight in the early afternoon, four in the second window and a Sunday Night Football showdown between the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens.
Week 4 also brings a myriad of difficult lineup decisions for fans of daily fantasy sports (DFS) games.
Injuries continue to make some top fantasy stars unavailable, while others face brutal matchups in Week 4.
Here, you'll find some top plays and DFS tips for this week's Sunday schedule.

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray and rookie receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.
are beginning to form a terrific connection.
While Harrison had a quiet NFL debut in Week 1, he's caught nine passes for 194 yards and three touchdowns in the two weeks since.
Murray ($6,800) and Harrison ($7,500) are both strong plays this week against the Washington Commanders.
The only real concern for Murray is that former coach Kliff Kingsbury is now Washington's offensive coordinator and may have some tips to share about slowing his former quarterback.
However, the Commanders don't have the defensive talent to completely shut down either player.
Washington has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks and to opposing receivers.
Last week, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow threw for 324 yards and three touchdowns against Washington, while receiver Ja'Marr Chase caught six passes for 118 yards and two scores.
Murray's scrambling ability raises his floor for Week 4, while Harrison should be targeted at a high rate with star tight end Trey McBride out (concussion).
Stacking the two is a solid strategy for managers willing to splurge at QB and WR.
The Cleveland Browns offense has been an absolute mess this season.
Quarterback Deshaun Watson has played like he's forgotten how his position works.
The offensive line is missing multiple starters, while new offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey doesn't seem to have a cohesive plan.
The Browns, though, aren't playing the blame game.
"We need to put it all together," head coach Kevin Stefanski said, per On3's Daryl Ruiter .
"I wouldn't single any one player out." If there's a Browns player to single out for a DFS start this week, it's running back Jerome Ford.
While Ford (203 scrimmage yards, 1 TD) hasn't been great this year, he has a reasonable price point ($5,700 and some upside against the Las Vegas Raiders.
D'Onta Foreman ($4,300) may steal some carries, but Ford (10 receptions) has the stronger point-per-reception (PPR) floor.
He'll also be up against an underwhelming Raiders run defense at a time when Cleveland should be looking to get back to the offensive basic.
The Raiders may not have game-wrecker Maxx Crosby, who is listed as doubtful with an ankle injury.
Only the Dallas Cowboys have allowed more fantasy points to opposing RBs than Las Vegas.
Tight end has been a very volatile fantasy position this season.
We've seen a handful of big performances from the position, but we've also seen big names like Mark Andrews and Travis Kelce struggle.
Managers looking for a bargain play at tight end should consider Cincinnati's Mike Gesicki ($3,500).
While Gesicki is in a tight end committee with Erick All Jr., he's been a steady part of the Bengals' offensive game plan.
Gesicki has logged now fewer than three receptions in a game this season, and he's caught 11 passes for 138 yards over the last two.
This week, he and the Bengals will visit the Carolina Panthers.
Carolina found an offensive spark in Andy Dalton last week and looks like a bigger challenge for the Bengals than it did a week ago.
Cincinnati is unlikely to abandon the pass early, which is good for Gesicki's opportunities.
The Panthers have also allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends.
Gesicki is still unlikely to produce eye-catching numbers, but he should have solid production at an even better value.
