Colts delete schedule release video that mocks Tyreek Hill getting arrested

The Indianapolis Colts deleted a video posted to their social media accounts on Wednesday night that included a controversial depiction of one of the teams 2025 opponents.

The Minecraft-themed video opened with a pretty direct reference to Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hills 2024 arrest, portraying a dolphin with the username Hill and the jersey number 10 being arrested by the Coast Guard.

Advertisement The video was deleted within hours of being posted.

The Houston Texans chimed in .

Hill was detained by police outside Hard Rock Stadium ahead of the Dolphins season opener.

He was ticketed for two traffic violations, which were later dismissed.

Hill was released in time to play in the Week 1 game and had a key role in the win, catching seven passes for 130 yards, including an 80-yard touchdown.

In celebration of the touchdown, Hill mimicked his detainment by putting his hands behind his back.

Last month, police were called to Hills residence for a domestic disturbance.

Hills mother-in-law told authorities she saw him throw her daughters computer to the floor, then grab her granddaughter and begin walking to a balcony after an argument, which prompted her to call the police.

Hill and his wife stated that the argument never became physical, and Hill was not charged .

NFL franchises have used creative videos to announce their schedules over the last decade.

Teams have referenced pop culture, used celebrities and memes to reveal their upcoming slates.

In 2019, the Falcons debuted a Game of Thrones-inspired sequence with Hollywood-quality production, the Panthers used a retro video game approach and the Chargers produced a video full of internet stock footage.
