The Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators certainly don't like each other.
All you have to do is watch what Leafs goalie Anthony Stolarz did to Ridly Greig.
It's one of those clips that you can't stop watching.

They ruled offsetting penalties on the play, including a roughing for Greig.
Where in that clip does anyone see any roughing by Greig? Goalies are a protected entity in both hockey and soccer, which can often be a good thing.
But now, it just complicates the game and the way it is officiated.
There's no reason to protect a hockey goalie on a play like this one.
Stolarz got mighty lucky.
He decided to play a bully, but he just wasn't really caught.
