Djurgarden Pair Leads NHL Central Scouting 2025 Final European Skater Rankings

NHL Central Scouting released its final rankingsfor the 2025 NHL Entry Draft on Tuesday and, among the internationalskaters, to no ones surprise, the Djurgarden pairof centerAnton Frondell and rightwinger VictorEklund top the list.
Inhis mid-season rankings, THNs RyanKennedy ranked Eklund fifth and Frondell 10th at this years draft,while THNs TonyFerrari ranked them both among the top prospects to watch in Europethis season.
Bothplayers are on the Djurgarden team that is about to take on localStockholm rival AIK in the Allsvenskan finals, with the winnerearning a spot in next seasons SHL.
Bothplayers are currently signed with the club through the 2025-26season.CenterMilton Gastrin of MoDo of the top Swedish junior league takes thirdplace, while the first non-Swede is ranked fourth in the form ofVojtechCihar,who had 10 points in 51 regular-season and playoff games in the CzechExtraliga this season.
