The Buckeyes lose a lot of talent, yes, but they also bring back immense ability, led by wide receiver Jeremiah Smith.

It's always tough to follow up a championship season, though.

Former head coach Urban Meyer is in the camp that thinks this season will be slightly underwhelming in Columbus.

I think theyve recruited at a whole different level than anyone else in college football, Meyer said on a podcast .

Some Buckeyes fans would surely like to know whether Meyer thinks one of those 10 wins is against Michigan.

That included the 2014 national title when Ohio State went 14-1.

Meyer probably didn't make a whole lot of extra Buckeyes fans with this call.

A 10-win season would be a success in much of the college football world, but not at The Ohio State University.
