Michigan State basketball lands commitment from Samford shooting guard
Michigan State basketball has picked up their second commitment of the transfer portal cycle, securing what appears to be their new starting shooting guard.
Samford shooting guard transfer Trey Fort has officially announced his pledge to play for Tom Izzo and Michigan State.
This will be his sixth school in six years of college, spending time at Tennessee-Martin, Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Howard College, Mississippi State and Samford.A 6-foot-4 guard, Fort averaged 14.6 points per game to go along with 4.0 rebounds per game in 24.6 minutes of action during this past year at Samford.
