Throws well on the move.
Holds the ball too long when a play is dead (99 sacks over last two seasons).
Ready to start Week 1.

Jaxson Dart, Mississippi, 6-2, 223 Dual threat played in read-and-react RPO offense not easily translatable to NFL.
