Bryce Young tells why a team should draft Jalen Milroe

Recently, former Alabama quarterback Bryce Young joined CBS Sports HQ for an interview.
During the interview, Young was asked by the analyst about Jalen Milroe and why a team should draft the Alabama signal-caller.
Young provided an interesting answer regarding his former Alabama teammate.
Just saw him recently.
And, obviously, the player that he is, how dynamic he is, what he can bring to an offense from him being able to expand a playbook, really put defenses in a bind with what he can do both throwing and passing is one of the huge things that jumps off the sheets.
Milroe is projected to be drafted anywhere from the end of the first round to the middle of the second round.
There are multiple teams that have held private workouts with Milroe including the New Orleans Saints and Cleveland Browns.
Not to mention, Milroe received an invite to the 2025 NFL Draft that is being held in Green Bay, Wisconsin from April 27-29.
One trait that might help Milroe is his leadership.
Young elaborated on the type of leader that Milroe is with CBS Sports HQ.
But the stuff that people dont really get to see outside of just the stat sheet is just how great of a leader he is.
Hes someone that commands a locker room, that commands a team.
Even when he wasnt starting when I was there, everyone respected him.
Everyone knew that he was going to be the guy.
And then having a lot of teammates being around while he was the guy, him being the leader of that team, everyone wanted to play for him, wanted to be at their best for him.
Hes someone whos a winner, who believes in winning, does all the little things to make sure that hes going to be successful.
And I know hell continue that at the next level, and the habits he has, the work ethic he has, on top of all the stuff that he brings on the field, which is a ton.
Young has the ultimate faith in Milroe it seems.
Will other teams in need of a quarterback feel the same way about Milroe when they make their pick in several weeks? This article first appeared on Touchdown Alabama Magazine and was syndicated with permission..
