Shaunie claimed that being taller than the boys in their class led both of her daughters to get constantly teased in school.

Starting in elementary school, they were always the tallest kids in their class.

But while height is cool for a boy, growing up, Mimi and Mearah hated it.

It got so bad that at one point Amirah had no desire to go back to school.

At one point, Mimi(Amirah) didnt want to go to school because the boys would make fun of the fact that she was taller than they were.
