On January 25, 2024, Jalen Green had played in 186 career games since being drafted at No.
2 overall in the 2021 NBA draft by the Houston Rockets.Known primarily as a scorer, he had yet to record a double-double (a game with 10+ in multiple statistical categories) in his career at that time.But in 112 games since, he's recorded 11 double-doubles, including an efficient 32 points and 11 rebounds in Tuesday's victory over the Atlanta Hawks.
Now 23 years old, Green is still primarily known for scoring, and he leads the 2024-25 Rockets with an average of 21.5 points per game).
But he is becoming a more well-rounded player and helping in other areas, and that's part of the story for how the Rockets have improved to 47-26 and No.

Tari Eason had 10 points and tied a career-high with 14 rebounds.
It is his third double-double over his past 11 games up from three over his first 39 games of 2024-25.
Tuesday's game was Eason's 14th start of the season, with all having come since the beginning of February.
