Jimmy Butler has helped to rejuvenate the Golden State Warriors .

After a dramatic fall-off in December and January, the Golden State Warriors found a savior for themselves as Jimmy Butler propelled them for a dramatic turnaround.

Coming off his unhappy exit from the Miami Heat , Butler immediately provided the Warriors with renewed hope to contend for a title.

From being stuck at the middle of the pack, the Dubs have taken a leap atop the Western Conference standings as they are now at the No.

6 spot (40-29).

With Butler, the Warriors have won 15 of their last 17 games when the star forward is on the court.

The Butler acquisition was deemed a major success by a renowned NBA analyst after the teams failed attempt to reunite with Kevin Durant.

But not everybody is convinced.

Udonis Haslem doubts Jimmy Butlers capability to bring his solid play for the Warriors until the Playoffs In discussing Butlers stellar play and impact, no other figure beyond Udonis Haslem is pretty much familiar with what Butler can bring to the table.

For four seasons, Haslem witnessed how Butler carried the Miami Heat on his back.

He forged a solid relationship with him, even up to the point that he seemingly defended the star forward from his heated conflict with Pat Riley.

While he is impressed by the new chapter that Butler is savoring in the Bay Area, the Miami legend meanwhile wonders if there are other factors to the Warriors success too.

This is no Jimmy hate, but I will say that the record has been a little bit favorable to Golden State right now, Haslem said in ESPNs NBA Today.

Im looking at the record of the teams that theyve played, and were talking about 312 wins to 364 losses.

I would argue that some of these teams they probably could have beaten without Jimmy.

Now, Jimmy has given them a boost.

Its like a shot of whiskey right now, but well see if it lasts throughout the playoffs.

Butlers postseason play for the Warriors will be an intriguing aspect to monitor You could wonder if Haslem might be bitter about Golden States ongoing form, considering that the Heat have been awful since the departure of Butler.

But his notion makes sense and worth looking at for the 35-year-old moving forward.

We also have to note that Butler established his case as one of the best postseason performers in league history.

Haslem particularly knows that it was Butler who served as the driving force of Miamis past two Finals appearances in 2020 and 2024.

The thing about Butler right now is that he isnt tacking the lead role for the Warriors in terms of scoring, averaging just 16.8 points since wearing a Golden State uniform.

As he is mainly focused on doing the dirty work, imagine if Butler would flip the switch and score more in the Playoffs.

Unlike from his past run with the Heat, Butler could at least take a sigh of relief as he has some champion co-stars at his side in Stephen Curry and Draymond Green who will help him to compete for a title.

We should be excited about what lies ahead for Butler and Golden State as they continue their rise en route to the postseason stage next month.
