Another week, another terrible decision from Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis, who threw a pick-six in the first quarter of the Week 3 contest against the Green Bay Packers .

With the Titans trailing 10-7 in the final minute of the first quarter, Levis telegraphed a pass to wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins and Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander stepped up and made him pay for it.

This is the second pick-six Levis has thrown this season after he also tossed one in the Week 1 game versus the Chicago Bears.

That was a far more terrible decision, with Levis falling to the ground before he handed Chicago the football.

That is simply unacceptable and is a big reason why the Titans haven't won a game yet.
