New York Post | Greg Joyce: Aaron Judge addressed the media for the first time since arriving at the spring training complex in Tampa and touched on a range of topics including the World Series loss, Juan Sotos departure, and the birth of his daughter.

He feels that the sting of losing to the Dodgers created a hunger in his teammates to rewrite that script.

He also disagreed with Sotos assertion that the Mets provide a better chance to win a championship than the Yankees in the next 15 years while still wishing his former teammate success with his new club.

He finally reflected on the change of perspective that came with the birth of his daughter and the extra motivation she provides.

FanGraphs | Eric Longenhagen: FanGraphs released their Top 100 prospects and Jasson Dominguez and Will Warren were the only two Yankees to land on the list.

Dominguez lands at 16 thanks to his ever-present power and improved barrel control in 2024, though the author labels him as a flub-prone defender.

Warren lands at 65 and is already considered a big league-ready fourth starter, on account of his kitchen sink arsenal, with improvements in the command department possibly taking him into mid-rotation starter territory.

SNY | Tom Hanslin: As Kevin touched on yesterday, the pressure is on Dominguez as he is not only expected to start at an unfamiliar position but also help replace some of the offensive production they lost when Soto moved across town.

The Yankees top prospect is using this pressure as motivation:Its a little different [playing left field], but I think itll be good...

The pressure is there.

But I feel like its a good thing to have because its motivated me to get better and to be the player that everyone expects me to be.He looked good in his first public footage this spring, launching a second-deck home run from the right side of the plate facing Carlos Rodon in live batting practice.MLB Trade Rumors | Steve Adams: The Yankees have signed left-handed reliever Rob Zastryzny to a minor-league contract with an invite to spring training after he was designated for assignment by the Cubs and elected free agency.

New York currently has just one lefty reliever on the 40-man roster in Tim Hill, and Zastryzny joins Tyler Matzek as the second southpaw non-roster invitee.

Zastryzny has played in parts of six seasons with the Cubs, Mets, Angels, Pirates, and Brewers, logging a 4.30 ERA and 3.72 FIP in 67 innings, and his greatest strength is keeping the ball in the yard hes only given up three home runs in his big league career..
