Philadelphia Eagles waste no time taking brutal shot at Taylor Swift after Super Bowl

The Eagles social media team directed a brutal dig at Taylor Swift after Philadelphia secured a commanding victory over the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX .
Moments after putting the finishing touches on a 40-22 rout of Kansas City, the Eagles wrote on X: In our winning era alongside a graphic displaying the final score.
The post appeared to be an unsubtle shot at Swift, whos been dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce since September of 2023 and recently wrapped up her worldwide Eras Tour last December.
Droves of Eagles fans added salt to the wound by piling it on Swift in the comment section.
Taylor Swift LOST, one X user wrote with another adding: Well deserved, later Taylor!!! A third jokingly noted Swifts Grammys snub at the 67th Annual Awards ceremony, chiming in: THE PHILADELPHIA EAGLES HAVE MORE TROPHIES IN THE LAST WEEK THAN TAYLOR SWIFT.
Unfortunately for Swift, the backlash directed her way wasnt just reserved to social media.
Upon being shown on the jumbotron at the Caesars Superdome, the pop icon was showered in boos from Philadelphia supporters in attendance.
The harsh response was a stark contrast to the warm welcome that President Donald Trump received at the Big Game.
While meandering along the sidelines prior to kickoff, the 78-year-old generated widespread cheers throughout the sold-out crowd.

Since Swift and tight end Kelce went public with their relationship two years ago, the songstress has served as a good luck charm of sorts for the Chiefs.
In games that shes attended since then, Kansas City emerged victorious in 13 of 16 contests prior to Super Bowl 59.
Yet Swift's presence on Sunday did little to help the Chiefs or Kelce, who failed to record a reception in the first half of a postseason game for the first time in his decorated NFL career.
The 35-year-old finished the contest with four catches for 39 yards and no touchdowns - including several drops in the early stages of the game.

Speaking to reporters following the game, Kelce didn't mince words when discussing the Chiefs' performance on offense, declaring: "We haven't played that bad all year.
"[We] couldn't get it going offensively.
I mean, they just got after us on all three phases," he said.
"And then on top of that, turnovers, penalties, playing behind the sticks on offense, dropped passes.
Not taking advantage of the play call and executing.
I mean, there's a lot that goes into it.
You don't lose like that without everything going bad.
"Couldn't find that spark.
Couldn't find that momentum," Kelce continued.
"This team is going to fight till the end forever.
And you saw that, even with the score late, we're always going to fight.".
