Super Bowl 59 is finally here , as the Kansas City Chiefs are set to chase their third straight Super Bowl victory against the Philadelphia Eagles.

While the Super Bowl will officially put an end to football season in America after the Ohio State Buckeyes won the National Championship, conversations during the offseason of both sports with continue on.

Ahead of the big game, the network host FOX Sports shared plenty of pre-game interviews and other segments while fans built up anticipation.

One of the videos they showed was a tribute to Jimmy Johnson, the former head coach of the Miami Hurricanes during the 1980s who helped bring the school a National Championship during his time.

In a portion of the video, less than a minute, FOX talked about Johnsons time with the Hurricanes, as he held a 52-9 record across five seasons with the team.

A memory Hurricane fans want to forget, they showed Boston Colleges Doug Flutie throw the game-winning Hail Mary pass that went down as one of the greatest plays in college football history.

Johnson would go on to move to the NFL after Miami, joining the Dallas Cowboys before ending his career with the Miami Dolphins.

Johnson is a member of both the College Football and Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Theres no telling what the future will be for Johnson in football, as hes been working with FOX Sports for several decades now as an analyst.

Turning 82 years old this summer, Johnsons tribute video could mean that his time with the network and covering football could be over.

Regardless if he stays or goes, the tribute video by FOX reminded fans past and present just how legendary Johnson is..
