Manzano is a sports anchor and reporter for Telemundo in Kansas City, Missouri, who was found dead Wednesday in his hotel room.
According to a press statement released Friday, police have arrested Louisiana resident Danette Colbert, who is charged with property crimes, including fraud and theft-related offenses.
