Registration open for Chico State football reunion

CHICO The Chico State Wildcats football alumni reunion for 2025 will be held May 2 and 3 in Chico, and registration is now available.

The groups meet and greet will be held at 5 p.m.

May 2 at the Doubletree Hotel, and all football alumni, guests and others interested are invited.

The annual golf tournament will be held on May 3 at Bidwell Golf Course, with a 9 a.m.

shotgun start.

Like the meet and greet, this too is open to non-football alumni golfers who wish to take place.

After golf, the annual banquet will be held at the golf course.

A tri-tip meal will be served at approximately 2:30 p.m., followed by the awarding of scholarships to descendants of football alumni.

This years guest speaker will be Mike Sherrard, a Chico High School athlete who went on to play football at UCLA and the National Football League.

The public is invited to join in welcoming Sherrard.

The cost of golf is $175 ($65 for golf, $80 towards future scholarship and the banquet cost).

For non-golfers and guests, the banquet is $40 ($10 going toward future scholarship).
