Watch: Luka Doncic scores his first points as a Laker

The Los Angeles Lakers had to wait nine days for Luka Doncic to play his first game for the team.

They had to wait less than four minutes for him to hit his first stepback three.

Monday's game between the Lakers and the Utah Jazz instantly became a must-watch, with ESPN deciding to broadcast Doncic's debut.

He's on an unspecified minutes restriction but played the game's first seven minutes.

When he exited, he had five points, one rebound and one assist and the Lakers had a 22-13 lead.

That lone assist was immediate and impressive, as he found Jaxson Hayes for an alley-oop slam.

The two superstars may still need time to feel each other out, but the (very) early returns are quite positive for the Luka-LeBron combo.
