The North Carolina Tar Heels are rapidly slipping out of postseason contention.

With a current record of 13-10, theres little sign of improvement on the horizon.

This has raised serious questions about whether head coach Hubert Davis is the right fit for the job, and whether he may be losing the support of his players.

North Carolina has lost four of their last five games, and things only seem to be getting worse in Chapel Hill.

With a weak recruiting class entering the season, the Tar Heels have failed to meet their usual high expectations, and the remainder of the season could be a long, painful stretch.

In their most recent matchup, they traveled to Cameron Indoor to face Duke in one of college basketball's greatest rivalries.

Despite the teams struggles, UNC was expected to come out with energy, but instead, they came out flat.

The embarrassing loss led former Tar Heel Tyler Hansbrough to criticize his alma mater.

The criticism didnt stop there, unfortunately.

On the Baha podcast, hosted by former Tar Heels Raymond Felton and Theo Pinson, along with guest Justin Jackson, the trio shared their opinions on the game.

Their takes on sophomore point guard Elliot Cadeau were less than flattering.

We need a point guard too, Felton said bluntly.

He has a lot to learn.

To me, he plays a lot of bully ball, but hes not really a bully.

Felton didnt hold back in his assessment of Cadeau, and it didnt end there.

The point guard position is very pivotal for us right now, and its not being played at a high level, Pinson added.

The groups frustration with the point guard play is clear, and while Cadeau is only a sophomore, its apparent that hes not living up to the standards expected of him..
