LA Kings Prospect Update – Week 1/20

A week has passed, and its time for another LA Kings prospect update .

Goaltender Hampton Slukynsky highlighted this weeks update.

Slukynsky made one start for Western Michigan University (WMU) and posted his first NCAA shutout, stopping all 14 shots in the Broncos 2-0 win over Miami University (Ohio).

He earned the games first star with his shutout as well.

Slukynsky currently ranks second in goals-against average and third in save percentage amongst all Division 1 (D1) goalies in the NCAA.

Western Michigan University is currently ranked third as a team.
