Calls for Patrick Mahomes to face major NFL punishment after ‘cheating’ claims against Houston Texans by fans

NFL fans accused Patrick Mahomes of 'cheating' to try and win his team a cheap penalty.
And some claimed that the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback should've been penalized himself.
The incident happened during the Chiefs' division round playoff win against the Houston Texans.
And fans have called for Mahomes to be punished by the league.
The 29-year-old was running towards the side line in the fourth quarter.
He was hit by Houston Texans defender Henry To'oTo'o as he stepped out of bounds.

He then flailed his arms forward as he hit the ground.
An official was stood right where the incident happened and didn't throw his flag.
But fans called for Mahomes to be handed a retrospective punishment.

He was hit by Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr.
and a rouging the passer penalty was called.
Referess believed Mahomes was hit in the head.
But replays showed the initial contact happened on Mahomes' shoulder and chest.

"You can end up having a debate, you know about whether you felt it was forcible or not," Anderson explained.
"That's going to be one of those conversations for the competition committee to consider next year.
