LiAngelo Ball opportunity is right there for the NBA, easy decision could be big hit

LiAngelo Ball has pivoted into a different career, but he could make a grand return to the NBA.
Say what you will, but LaVar Ball has done an incredible job of marketing his kids and training them to become NBA-ready.
After all, his sons Lonzo Ball plays for the Chicago Bulls while LaMelo Ball is the cornerstone player of the Charlotte Hornets .
Balls third son.
LiAngelo Ball also tried his luck in the NBA, but he has so far failed to make a living out of playing in the league.
A simple solution for LiAngelo Balls NBA return LiAngelo recently made headlines for his music career debut as he released his viral single Tweaker.
The song has become an instant hit as it recently grabbed the 29th spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
Evidently, many NBA players have jammed to LiAngelos viral song as well.
The song has been a topic of conversation on NBA player podcasts, and in locker rooms, its safe to say it has taken the league by storm.
Keeping that in mind, the opportunity for Balls return to the NBA is right there.
One X user made the suggestion of LiAngelo participating in the celebrity game at the 2025 NBA All-Star weekend.
Its a great suggestion that could do wonders for putting some extra eyes on the much maligned All-Star break.
LiAngelo Ball should play in the Celebrity Game.
Now, thats interesting.
But will LiAngelo accept the offer? Sure, it will give him more exposure, but he seems pretty content with his music career right now.
Even more so since reportedly signing a $13 million deal with Def Jam.
The 26-year-old may very well focus on music and hang up his sneakers for good.
LiAngelo Balls short NBA career As we mentioned earlier, LiAngelos brothers have had somewhat stellar careers in the NBA.
However, Gelo is yet to play even a single game for an NBA franchise.
Speaking of his NBA journey, Gelo signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Detroit Pistons in 2020, but he was waived just 12 days later.
He has also joined the Charlotte Hornets on two separate occasions (2021 and 2022), but once again LiAngelo was waived by the organization.
While Gelo has enjoyed some success in the G League, he is simply not on the same level as his brothers when it comes to playing basketball.
But in the celebrity All-Star game? This is a contest he would dominate for some great publicity for himself and the league.
