In its first conference game of the season, the Montcalm Community College Centurions mens basketball team won a thriller against MCCAA Northern rival Bay College, 76-70, on Jan.
11.
Freshman guard Taylen Carver of Louisville, Ky., led the way for the Centurions (1-0 MCCAA Northern, 7-8 overall), scoring a career-high 46 points in a back-and-forth game.
